Alice Madisha registered for a construction management course. A few years later, she owns her own construction company and clothing brand.
She completed a BTech in Construction Management from Tshwane University of Technology.
Subsequent to finishing her examinations, she started working at C-Pro Construction, where she met her guide Jannie Smith.
She just needed to labour for 3 years in the private segment in Gauteng before coming back to Limpopo, however Smith influenced her to go along with him in setting up another firm.
Six years after helping to establish the organization at the age of 24, she began another business concentrated on structuring and assembling ladies' safety wear.
To resolve subsidizing issues at the construction organization, Madisha and Smith needed to get cash from Smith’s bond and offered services that did not require noteworthy capital, for example, doing programs for customers.
Madisha says when she began in the segment, she knew it was not going to be simple.
