Kaizer Chiefs' Wiseman Meyiwa involved in serious car accident

Wiseman Meyiwa was involved in a serious car accident in Johannesburg but fortunately walked away with only minor injuries. Wiseman was rushed to hospital where he was stabilised in the ICU ward.

Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, Wiseman Meyiwa, was in a serious car accident on Saturday, 4 November. The incident happened on the N3 in Johannesburg and was confirmed by the soccer club.

Fortunately, Wiseman walked away from the accident with only minor injuries. He was rushed to the nearest hospital and monitored in the ICU, but was stable.

The Sowetan reported that the Kaizer Chiefs shared the news on their social media accounts to let fans know Wiseman is alright.

This comes after another Kaizer Chief player was involved in a car accident about 3 weeks ago, also in Johannesburg.

Lebogang Manyama suffered minor injuries to his elbow and knee but was discharged from hospital not too long after being admitted.
