A gogo from Bredasdorp in Cape Town proved it’s never too late to achieve your dreams as she graduated as a pastor over the weekend.
Wilhemina Jantjies was capped at the Kingdom Revival Community Ministries (KRCM) in Scottsville over the weekend.
The ceremony concluded a 2-year journey for Wilhemina as she was studying online via the Trinity Bible University.
At the age of 73, she admitted there were days that her body failed her during the learning process.
The Daily Voice reported that Wilhemina’s motivation was to show the youth that anything is possible through God.
She also said, “When the toga was placed on me it was as if the Holy Spirit was flowing through every vein in my body. From this moment, I know doors of opportunities are going to open for me.”
She showed her appreciation of Professor Douglas Bell, who founded the Kingdom Revival Community Ministries church, and provided her with constant support.
Bell advised that the degrees are internationally recognized by the Interdenominational Credit Board, which enables graduates to work anywhere on the globe.
