DA's Steenhuisen urged to sue EFF's Malema over rape accusation

- A follower has questioned Julius Malema's actions and reasons after he called DA MP, John Steenhuisen a rapist

After Tuesday's embarrassing fist fight in Parliament, which involved the DA and EFF, some have called on DA member of Parliament and chief whip, John Steenhuisen, to take legal action against Julius Malema after the EFF leader called him a rapist.

A fight broke out during President Cyril Ramaphosa's question and answer session.

According to sources, all hell broke loose between the two parties when the EFF interrupted Steenhuisen's point of order.

Briefly.co.za gathered that Steenhuisen responded by saying that EFF MPs were 'VBS bank looters.' This comment clearly made Malema angry, who then called Steenhuisen a 'racist, young white man' and added he was also 'accused of rape.'

The Citizen reported that the DA's MPs responded by singing 'pay back the money', while EFF MPs called the DA racists. Shortly afterwards, a fight broke up, which led to the session taking a break.

One of Steenhuisen's followers then tweeted:

Others were impressed that Steenhuisen called them bank looters.

But Steenshuisen and Malema refuse to apologise for their actions:
