Moeketsi Mosola, City manager of Tshwane, has filed a grievance against the city's mayor, Solly Msimanga.

This comes shortly after a challenge in the Labour Court relating to the GladAfrica tender has been postponed.

According to a report by News24, Mosola lodged the court challenge against the DA Tshwane administration, Mayor Msimanga and Speaker Katlego Mathebe.

Mosola lodged the grievance because they "leaked a preliminary report on the tender".

The preliminary council report was maliciously leaked to the Sunday Times and the City Press newspapers by the executive mayor and the DA as they are the only ones who received it from their henchmen lawyers - Bowman-Gilfillan.

Mosola managed to get a provisional interdict to halt the council report on GladAfrica in October.

Briefly.co.za gathered that the report was compiled by the law firm Bowmans (Bowman-Gilfillan).

Mosola says the leak was a disregard for the law and breached the Code of Conduct for Councillors.

The aggrieved Mosola also said that there are plans to get rid of him in any way possible.
