Slavisa Jokanovic was sacked as manager at Fulham and Claudio Ranieri appointed as his successor.
Ranieri, who was regarded as a living legend at Leicester, guided the Foxes to a fairy-tale domestic league title.
The Italian takes charge of bottom-placed Fulham who have only amassed 5 points from 12 matches.
Shahid Khan, the chairman of the club, told BBC Sport, "His recent body of work with Leicester City is literally legendary, and then you look at Claudio's experience with Chelsea and big clubs throughout Europe, and it's pretty evident we are welcoming an extraordinary football man to Fulham Football Club."
Ranieri led Leicester to the title in 2016 but was subsequently sacked following a string of poor results.
He managed Nantes in the French league last season but is happy to be back in the English Premier league.
However, it seems football supporters may be even happier with Ranieri’s appointment with many of them showing their approval via social media.
