An uplifting Facebook post was shared recently detailing the honest efforts of 2 young black men.
Hennie Muller shared a post via the Facebook group, Positive Racial Testimonies in SA, where a woman named, Arjuna Rossouw Korkie, praised 2 young men (Kile and Thabang) for returning her wallet to her.
The post revealed that 1 of the gentlemen found the wallet and the second man assisted him to trace the woman.
She added that the Good Samaritan informed her that he took R5,70 to buy himself something to eat.
Briefly.co.za gathered the Facebook group was created to share uplifting stories of racial relationships within South Africa.
In a time when racial tensions are as high as ever, it’s heartening to see groups of this nature and goodwill stories, such as this one, involving Kile and Thabang.
Carol Beijer responded aptly to the post by saying, “Well done to the young men. Young people like this give us hope for our country."
