On Monday, @nicole_fkay posted photos of a man before and after he was in an alleged bus crash.

No details where given in regard to when the incident took place, but the Citizen reported that it was a Nagi bus which was on route from Harare to Maputo.

In the first photo, the man poses with the bus in the background as other passengers stand nearby. However, in the next snap, the man is covered with dirt and the bus is seen on its roof.

Although tweeps felt sorry for the passengers, they could not help but laugh at the selfies. Some even expressed their guilt for laughing about a serious situation.

Social media user @Mboxe006 commented: "I shouldn't be laughing.... why am I laughing? This was a trap."

It did not take long for tweeps to use the images as memes. In one meme, a tweep wrote: "Me beginning of 2018 vs Me end of 2018".

Others poked fun and said people should not be doing the #IdibalaChallenge while driving. Briefly.co.za gathered some of the memes.
