The actress was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and ever since then, she has been attacked by trolls who have questioned her weight loss and even targeted her family.

Briefly.co.za previously reported that fans were initially concerned with Sophie’s sudden weight loss, however, she revealed that she was in the process of changing her lifestyle to help her manage her condition.

After learning about her diagnosis, trolls viciously attacked her husband by asking him how he could live with someone who “looked as scary as she did”.

Despite all of the negativity that has come her way, Sophie is not letting it change the way she sees herself.

In a heart-warming message on social media, Sophie made herself her own #WomanCrushWednesday and expressed how the first step in learning to love is to start with yourself.

TimesLIVE reports that the actress feels that the words “I love you” are often misused and she wants people to start using them to express how they actually feel about another person.
