Lerato and HHP were married traditionally, but had not been together for some time before his passing. However, they co-parented well and raised Leano together.

The Tsambo family have asked that their privacy be respected in this time of mourning. They refused to give any comment on Leano and how he is handling all of this.

The people of Mzansi have rallied together to show the young man support. Taking to social media, thousands have showed their support with the #Leano.
