Nando’s are known for their controversial ads and their latest one revealed on Monday should get Mzansi talking.
The Nando’s adverts often get tongues wagging as much as their tasty chicken.
Some would argue the ads are even spicier than an extra hot Nando’s chicken.
Based on a video released on Monday, their latest one is no different as it tackles racial stereotypes and even features a black Adam Catzavelos.
The 1 minute video starts off by showing a black man running while police sirens are heard in the background.
The man then poses the question, “What is it about you people who assume I’m running from something?”
Entitled, #YouPeople, the footage then pokes fun at stereotypes associated with people’s appearances, accents, their positions and the way they act.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Mzansi saw the funny side based on the social media reaction.
To their credit, the fast-food giant’s twitter account offered swift and witty responses to the comments.
