Pharrell Williams has been in Mzansi for the Global Citizen Festival that was held on Sunday. The event went on a lot longer than anticipated, so people were feeling it on Monday.
Briefly.co.za saw that the international star was rudely woken by South Africa’s most hated bird, the Hadeda. For someone who is not from here, it can be a rather awkward to hear as they sound like they are choking on something or under attack.
Taking to his Instastory, Pharrell posted a series of videos asking people what the hell this awful noise was. He knew they were birds, but the sound is something that foreigners are definitely not accustom to. His facial expressions are priceless.

Mzansi citizens were shook with laughter. It seems so normal to us, so seeing an international star react in this manner, had Mzansi in stitches.
