People create habits by doing a particular thing constantly. Daily schedules become habits most times. For example when someone who sleeps late would create the habit of always going to bed late and someone who sleeps early regularly would do the same.
From the moment a child starts to learn, he or she begins to create habits from what they see and do everyday.
Parents who create schedules for their kids have instilled the ability to follow the particular schedule in their kids without even realising it most times. Example of this things are potty training and sleep training.
A little kid has shown the world how effective her sleep training has been. The little girl's mother took to social media to narrate what her daughter did to meet her sleeping schedule.
According to the mother, she trained her daughter to go to bed every night at 8pm. However, they had stayed past the little girl's bed time at the mall and the cute girl who felt sleepy grabbed a pillow to sleep on the floor.
The surprised mother took a picture of the moment, showing how the girl tried to put herself to bed.
She wrote: "So I put my daughter in bed 8pm on the dot EVERY night. she has a set schedule... today we were at the mall, 8pm passed... she grabbed a pillow out the store n tried to put herself to bed."
Kids would always be kids, they surprise us when we don't expect it and do the cutest things without meaning to.
