Bonang Matheba was one of the hosts at the Global Citizen Festival that took place last weekend. She stood alongside Trevor Noah to give a moving speech on the power of education. Let’s just say, it didn’t go as planned.

Having given hundreds of speeches, all over the world, Bonang was the perfect choice; at least this is what we thought, until she said "editation" in an attempt to say "education". What a wow.

Briefly.co.za agrees that, in a speech about female education, this was definitely the worst thing that could have happened. At the end of the day, we are all human, and we all make mistakes.

Trevor Noah, standing beside her, did the most by swallowing his laugh. By the look on his face, we have a feeling that this might be material for his next show, shame.

The facial expressions Trevor made, said it all. Good save there champ, that was almost a LOL. He breathed through it like a pro.

Others who have seen the video, or that were there to experience it first hand, are shook by the fact that no one has said anything. A tweep decided to call her out on it.

It seems that B is not phased by what happened. She has even shared the video all over her social media, in pride. Suppose we all make mistakes, the queen is human too.
