Hlaudi Motsoeneng, former SABC boss, walked out of his court appearance at a Joburg High Court today and found a group of people waiting to show their support. He took the opportunity to blast the ANC for not protecting him from the charges he is currently facing.
Briefly.co.za reported earlier that the South African Broadcasting Corporation has stated that they will be attempting to stop the broadcaster’s pension fund from paying out Motsoeneng’s multi-million rand pension.
Another legal dispute against the aspiring president is with the Special Investigating Unit, which seeks to recover more than R20 million from him. This includes money lost through improper dismissals and appointments under his reign at SABC.
