Graduate celebrated getting a degree, even if by the skin of her teeth

Graduating and getting a degree is hard. It takes willpower, dedication and of course, hours and hours of study. One tweep was proud of getting her degree, regardless of her marks, and shared the good news on social media.

While everyone is getting ready to start celebrating summer in full force, South African students are celebrating already.

Those that managed to earn their degrees, that is. Sadly, not everyone graduated and got their diplomas and degrees, but it is hoped they'll hang in there and stay positive.

One student who is glad to have earned her degree is a tweep identified as @mis_baleseng.

She shared her happy news on social media with a cheeky message:

Yes i passed bathong..I mean i got 50 the highest is 53 but a degree is a degree..

Other tweeps were happy for the graduate and quickly started sending messages of congrats, as well as telling her she did really well.

Some even told her she was a genius for earning a mark of 50.
