- According to Bosasa, there is no contract between them and President Ramaphosa's son Andile
- The company made the statement after the Democratic Alliance's leader, Mmusi Maimane, made a Promotion of Access to Information Act request
- This comes after the president himself said the company made a payment to his son for consultancy work
Bosasa, also known as African Global Operations, stated that it has no contracts with President Ramaphosa's son Andile.
This comes after DA leader, Mmusi Maimane earlier made a Promotion of Access to Information Act request.
According to a report by eNCA, Bosasa stated that there is no R500 000 invoice given by Andile and no contract between them.
All this is rather confusing as president Ramaphosa first said there was no payment, then said it was for consultancy work done by his son.
The DA has been convinced of irregularities between the Ramaphosas and Bosasa and even claimed there is a link between the R500 000 and the Guptas.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Maimane and the DA's legal eagles will discuss a way to move forward with the matter.
Briefly.co.za earlier reported that the president said if his son is found guilty of corruption, he would personally hand him over to the cops.
