Fake pastors who are only praying and preaching for the sake of wealth and attention are, sadly, everywhere.

While there may be men out there who truly want to spread the word of God and better the lives of others, they are a minority.

And yet, many people fall for obvious scams and tricks in the hope of healing or miracles from God.

One of Mzansi most beloved soapies decided to add a fake pastor to its cast, perhaps in the hope of teaching and warning people how these men operate.

Pastor Samson was a smooth-talker right from the get-go and viewers of the show immediately knew he could not be trusted, despite being admittedly good-looking.

He spoke of signs, and it happened - but with a little assistance from a paid helper. Now he told Rorisang that there's a snake inside her, and to get it out, they would have to sleep together.

The poor woman is so desperate for a better life that she agreed to it.

Tweeps are just hoping that seeing what Samson does opens the eyes of those who watch the soap.
