Mabe's personal assistant made the claims in a 14-page letter that she wrote to the ANC's Deputy Secretary-General, Jessie Duarte.
According to a report by EWN, the 26-year-old asked for intervention in her letter.
The woman claims that Mabe sexually harassed her on at least 2 occasions and since she rejected his attentions, their working relationship suffered.

It's not clear if a criminal case will actually be opened, but the Hawks are keeping an eye on the matter and made an inquiry.
