An HIV positive mother of three identified as Barbara Kemigisa has taken to social media to show off her children who are all living with the virus. The woman used the opportunity to advise people about staying safe.
The Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a lentivirus which is known as a subgroup of retrovirus. This virus causes infection that turns into acquired immunodeficiency syndrome over time.
Kemigisa revealed that her three kids are all living with the virus. She also noted that they all take their pills to stay healthy daily.
Her 9-year-old Kourtney takes eleven tablets, her 17-year-old Trevor takes twenty tablets and her son Dauglas who is 22 years old takes three tablets. The 32-year-old mother herself takes three tablets daily.
The woman used the opportunity to advise people to take their safety seriously. She advised that people that it is not fun to swallow pills everyday.
She told people to stay safe for their kids who might be born with the disease if they don't stay safe.
