A Durban-based DJ has appealed for help for an elderly volunteer who takes care of orphaned children.

Thulani "DJ Dash" Mzinyane met the volunteer recently and posted about him on Facebook, Briefly.co.za gathered. He wrote:

Today I met an amazing old man who takes care of children. He has nothing but he takes care of orphaned children. When I arrived with the social workers he cried and I almost cried too. Today was a blessing. Thank you Leigh for blessing this family.

In another post, Thulani shared a photo of himself posing with the unnamed volunteer, a well-wisher, and some of the kids. He said:

The old man takes care of children by himself and he needs our help South Africa. If you can donate anything that will be amazing.
The youngest is going to school next year and will need uniforms and school bag etc. If you want to help in any way please call me 076 297 4942. Bless!
