EFF leader Julius Malema mentioned AKA when he was talking about illegal practice. The rapper was accused of payola, again, and he is not having it this time.

A video clip did its rounds on social media last week after Julius used AKA's name when talking about payola.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Juju used AKA’s large amount airplay as an example to explain payola. In his speech, he was stating that payola should not be taken lightly and strong dominance like that, must be stopped.

After hundreds of people saw the video and heard Juju’s accusations, a major debate started.

When our Supa Mega caught wind of this, he came in guns blazing. AKA snapped back and clapped Juju with a list of the top 50 songs played on radio in 2018, then asked him why he only felt the need to mention his name? Yussss, shots were fired.

In defence of Julius, a fan tried to lighten the load and explain that AKA was just an example, he was not the focus of the speech.

Aka was not interested. At the end of the day, Juju publically associated AKA’s name with payola and that is a pretty rough thing to do, especially without facts to back it up.

Juju made some harsh accusations. Its about time that AKA got his backbone back. My guy, well done.
