International actress Taraji Henson paid a visit to South Africa while on a 5-day press tour, and she made friends with locals as well as getting to know the cultures a little better.

She left us with our jaws on the floor when she managed to learn the Gwara Gwara dance in only a few seconds. She was born to slay!

A report by www.zumi.ng indicates that Taraji nailed the dance in all of 19 seconds - a stunning feat as many of us are still looking silly after months of doing it.

DJ Bongz first gave life to the dance, and it went international when Rihanna did it at the Grammy awards.
