5 celebs living it large and in luxury: From Beyonce to Bushiri

Briefly.co.za reported that music megastar couple Jay-Z and Beyonce are reportedly worth more than $1billion.

Jay Z in particular boasts a magnificent range of luxury sports cars. One of their lavish homes features no less than 4 pools.

2. Pastor Alph Lukau

Pastor Alph Lukau founded the Johannesburg-based Alleluia Ministries International in 2002.

His penchant for a luxurious lifestyle has caught many people's attention. Pastor Lukau's social media pages are full of pictures of his private jet and luxury cars, including a Rolls-Royce.

3. Patrice Motsepe

Billionaire Patrice Motsepe is one of the richest people in South Africa with a net worth of around $1.8billion.

As Briefly.co.za reported, he bought a R69 million mansion in Cape Town in 2014, and just a year later, he bought land for R30 million in one of Cape Town’s property hot spots.

Motsepe also has great taste in cars. He reportedly owns a collection of a 2007 BMW 750 iL, Mercedes Benz S65 AMG, a Bentley Continental GT and the BMW 760 Li.

4. Prophet Shepherd Bushiri

The leader of the Enlightened Christian Gathering church is known for his flashy lifestyle full of luxury cars, lavish mansions, and a private jet.

He owns a R10m Rolls Royce Black Badge, R6 million Bentley Bentayga Limited Edition and an Aston Martin One, which costs over R12 million.

5. Thatho Gaopatwe

Thato Gaopatwe was allegedly part of a group that bombed and robbed a cash-in-transit vehicle earlier this year.

Briefly.co.za reported that social media users unearthed his social media profiles which showed his life of luxury, allegedly funded by proceeds of crime.
