A Khayelitsha mom earns the accolade for giving birth to the cutest quadruplets in Mzansi this year.
The birth of a baby is a huge blessing and it also brings a new set of challenges.
Those challenges were quadrupled for this mother as she gave birth to quadruplets this year.
Briefly.co.za highlights the cutest quadruplets this year – in our humble opinion.
Briefly.co.za reported on the quadruplets born to their student mother at Tygerberg Hospital.
The 22-year-old student, Inganathi Mafenuka, fell pregnant during her final year of study at Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology.
Mafenuka gave birth to two girls, named Bungcwele and Bunono, and two boys, Bubele and Buchule, on 6th July 2018.
The Daily Sun reported that the new mom had to wait for 2 months as the babies remained in the care of Tygerberg Hospital for 2 months.
2 of the babies weighed less than 1 kilogram at birth.
Financial resources were a huge concern as Mafenuka was unemployed and the father lacked a permanent job.
Thankfully, Darren Simpson at KFM arranged for Lotto Star to donate R10 000 per month for the first 12 months.
