It was also retweeted close to 340 times. Most social media users expressed disapproval at how the woman had turned the uniform into a casual outfit. Others came to the woman's defence or had a hilarious take on the matter.

A video shared by one of the passengers on an Intercape bus showed how the bus overtook two trucks not only around a corner but over double solid double lines.

Kiewiet Pretorius took to Facebook to share the video, saying that they had been travelling from Bloemfontein to Durban on December 13 when the incident had happened. The video certainly caught many peoples attention with almost 4000 shares and 110 000 views. Many were calling for the driver to be reported whilst others criticized the lack of care for his passenger's lives.

4. Destitute KZN family gets dream home thanks to kind well-wishers

Nosipho Ngubane and her family are set to get a dream home thanks to kind well-wishers led by businessman Mkululi White.

Videos of 13-year-old Nosipho singing went viral on social media. South Africans were left teary eyed by her beautiful voice. However, her surroundings suggested that she lived in poverty. Well-wishers therefore managed to track her down with a view to helping her.

5. Jacob Zuma regales Twitter with video showing off his soccer skills

Twitter was literally never ready for former President Jacob Zuma. He posted a video showing off his soccer skills and it was loved. Zuma teamed up with a group of kids for a game of soccer at King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal.

He had a hilarious caption for the video: "Someone tell Stuart Baxter I’m match fit @BafanaBafana."
