A Nigerian lady identified as Sally, has taken to the social media platform to share some of the daily routine men should engage in order to maintain good hygiene.
It is a common belief that most African men believe taking extra care of their body is considered a feminine thing and most times, restrict themselves to basic hygienic practices. Well this Nigerian lady identified as Sally, has taken to social media to let men know the things they need to do to maintain a good level of personal hygiene.
She wrote: "For the Men Cut your nails Always, wash your hands, Scrub your back, Wash your tongue, Wash your b*ttocks and your balls. Wipe with tissue after pee*ng, Oil your body, Use deodorant, Change your briefs every morning, Air your shoes If you have hair, (Wash with shampoo) Spray perfume.
While oiling your body, concentrate on your feet and in between your fingers. I suggest Shea butter. Make this a daily routine. Both rich and poor! Caring for your body is as important as what you eat.
The post gathered several reactions from some Twitter users. While some found it hilarious, others felt it was a complete waste of time, stating it was feminine thing to do. Some however, agreed with her.

Personal hygiene is as important as the food we eat. Cultivating a habit of taking care of oneself can never be overemphasised.
While the lack of personal hygiene is mostly a turn-off, men also find a major turn-off in women; makeup.
