DA leader Mmusi Maimane has an optimistic outlook heading into 2019

Democratic Alliance leader, Mmusi Maimane, wished South Africans a great year-end and expressed his optimistic views on South Africa's future. The politician feels South Africa can be a great nation where everyone can benefit.

The past year has been filled with moments of happiness as well as anger and frustration. South Africans are all hoping for a better 2019 for themselves and their country.

Politicians are promising a better future now that the year is almost at an end.

The DA's leader, Mmusi Maimane took to social media to wish South Africans a 'brilliant year-end' and expressed his optimism for a better future.

In a short video, Maimane stated that a stronger economy will lead to more jobs and that his dream is to have a job in every household in South Africa.

Maimane also addressed the racism that has been showing on social media platforms across the country.

He called for the racism and hatred to be stopped.

Maimane then ended his video by saying he believes that South Africa can be a great nation, that a future can be built where everyone can benefit.
