We all know that finding a job is hard, especially in a country where the unemployment rate is at an all-time high. But instead of giving up, more people are turning to social media to help them in their search. One such person is a pharmaceutical graduate who needs an internship.
A young woman who recently completed her BPharmacy (Hons) degree is in need of an internship for this year. The internship is compulsory for her to finish her degree, but she's having a hard time finding one.
In her desperation, the young woman, Twitter user @OshieGxaba, took to social media to try and find an internship.
She pointed out that she has more than 2 years experience in working in a pharmacy as she worked at Clicks to help pay her school fees.
@OshieGxaba also picked up some skills when she did training at government facilities.
After the young graduate shared her call for work, she was flooded with responses from South Africans who wanted to help her out and had advice for her.
It is truly nice to see South Africans take the time to help each other like this.
