While Dr Malinga says he won't be doing the 'new year resolutions' thing this year, he did say he wants to stop having such a good heart. He wants to start getting rid of people who don't do what's expected of them.
Dr Malinga says he was lazy last year, but he won't be this year. He plans to change a number of things in 2019, but won't be part of the new year's resolution craze.
The musician says he is ready for action in 2019, according to TshisaLIVE, who did an interview with him.
Dr Malinga apparently will not be mixing business with pleasure in the new year.
When asked about new year's resolutions, Dr Malinga said he was shocked by his 2018 resolutions, so he won't be doing it again.
However, there are a number of things he will be changing in 2019, like his attitude towards hard work. He admits he wasn't very hard-working last year, but that won't be this case this year.
Dr Malinga also said that he wants to stop having a good heart this year.
I want to start firing people who don’t do things that I hired them for. I want to stop mixing business with pleasure. I want the best team for 2019.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Dr Malinga added he wants to see South Africa's economy grow this year - so he can get more bookings, and he wants all the bad luck of 2018 to stay in 2018.
