South Africa’s remarkable talent is undeniable and can be found in the most unexpected and underappreciated places. A video of a Nelspruit man performing the song ‘Me too’ by Lovestruck in a parking lot outside the Jock N Java café in Nelspruit, stunned social media which couldn’t get enough of his amazing guitar skills and beautiful voice.
Mark Curling couldn’t let the man’s talent to go unnoticed and posted the video after being blown away by his performance.
The young man also included a link to an advert calling for South African acts of all kinds to audition for a new KykNet television show to be aired in 2019. The prize of the television show is a life-changing one-year contract with Emo's All Stars Productions & Records as well as a tour with the show’s host Emo Adams.
Curling hoped the video would the talented singer the recognition he deserves and perhaps an opportunity to improve his life and share his talent with the world.
Facebook user, Ryan Grunow commented that he knew the singer well and had even shared a stage with him, claiming he gets a little shy on stage.
