2 Hijackers targeted a home in Primrose, Johannesburg this week in an attempt to hijack a white Volkswagen Polo.

CCTV footage shows a motorist driving into his driveway with his white Polo.

However, 2 men are also seen sneaking into the property before the motorised gate closes.

The attackers are armed but seemingly panic after hearing a loud noise.

Briefly.co.za understands the noise may have been caused by the driver when he reverses and scrapes a pole on his property.

The hijackers actually had a 2nd attempt after their initial hesitation but ultimately, the motorist’s reversing skills put them off.

The 2 men are seen fleeing the property and escape with their vehicle.

A few seconds later, a second man runs out of the property to assist the motorist.

A case has been opened but no arrests have been made as yet.
