Only two weeks before he died, Dan Tshanda took to social media to share a video of himself alongside a touching message to his fans- little did he know it would be his last.
South Africans, and other African countries, are mourning the sudden death of a legend in the music industry.
In a video posted on Christmas, Tshanda was the picture of a healthy, happy man. In what has since become his last message to fans, Tshanda wished everyone a merry Christmas and said 2019 would be a big year for his music.
However, sadly, the muso would no be able to make good on his promises. TshisaLIVE first shared the musician's last message to his fans on Monday.
"I want to let you know that I love you very much," he told his followers, adding: "next year, you are going to see some changes from Splash and Dalom Music because it will be a new year and then we want to do the best, we want to give you the best."
As Briefly.co.za reported previously, Tshanda suddenly passed away on Saturday at Sandton Mediclinic.
According to reports, Tshanda suffered a heart attack which led to heart failure. He was declared dead at the medical facility.
