The devil made him do it: Cheating pastor buys wife apologetic Lambo

An United States pastor, John Gray, allegedly bought his wife a Lamborghini to apologise for cheating on her.

During a sermon at his church in South Carolina, controversial religious leader John Gray opened up about his marital woes.

According to the pastor, he was unfaithful in his marriage and it nearly led to a divorce. However, he and his wife, Aventer, managed to work through their issues.

The couple reportedly renewed their wedding vows recently, and, as an apologetic gift, Gray bought his wife a Lamborghini, which reportedly cost $200k, or R2.7 million.

TheState.com reported a video of the pastor leading his wife through a crowd to her expensive gift was posted on Instagram,. But, it was shortly thereafter deleted following backlash from social media users.

Briefly.co.za gathered the couple has been forthcoming with details about their marital problems, admitting a 'strange woman' tried to break them up.

However, Aventer has since gone on to say the devil was responsible for her husband's cheating ways and she 'put scripture on that strange woman'.

The pastor's wife added: "She don’t want it with me."

Rumours has since the pastor's acknowledgement of the affair spiralled out of control. Robert Littal, who dishes on sport and entertainment news, wrote on Twitter that Pastor Gray's affair led to a pregnancy.

Littal's reports further suggested Aventer physically attacked her husband's side chick. However, his claims have not been verified by any party.
