Lady Gaga has issued an apology for collaborating with R.Kelly, in the wake of the release of the damning documentary titled Surviving R Kelly. The singer has vowed to never work with the controversial Kelly again.
The documentary, released earlier this month, saw survivors and people in R Kelly’s inner circle come forward with allegations about his sexual misconduct.
Musicians Chance The Rapper and John Legend appeared in the six part documentary.
The troubled R&B singer has been a trending topic with the sexual harassment allegations growing. Last year Briefly.co.za reported that Spotify, the giant music streaming service made the decision to remove R Kelly’s music from its playlist.
Gaga recorded a duet with R Kelly in 2013. The song titled 'Do What You Want With My Body' is now being removed from all streaming services, at her request.
Gaga, who has been vocal about being a victim of sexual abuse said that she found the documentary horrifying – adding that she believed the women.
