Parents are often scared when their children decide to follow a path different from what they want for them.

Becoming a doctor or lawyer is something most parents want for their children. It's safe and will likely give their children a good income. But a DJ? That's not so popular with parents.

That's exactly what hitmaker Prince Kaybee's mother was thinking when she told him to follow a different career.

However, he knew he was meant for greatness and stuck with his decision - much to the joy of his fans.

The musician took to social media to share a throwback moment of when his mom told him to be a policeman or taxi driver.
