In 2014, Imoteda, who is now a successful chef, was working as a make-up artist, however, she decided she wanted to test the waters in real estate. As it happened one day, an old man, who is in real estate, got a pedicure next to her and they started talking.

Imoteda explained she learned the man was allegedly a millionaire who owns several apartment complexes. The beautiful mother immediately saw the man as her mentor and she was ecstatic when he wanted to introduce her to a foreign investor.

Imoteda added he gave her a gift for her daughter and she set off to work on a business plan. However, the day she was set to meet with him and the investor, her tyre burst. The man was so helpful, he even sent her a mechanic, which he paid for, and rescheduled their meeting.

Briefly.co.za gathered Imoteda met with her mentor and the investor the next day, ready with a business proposal.

However, when she got there he wanted to show her his shoe collection in the guest house.

However, she then realised the so-called mentor was not interested in doing business. He asked her to lay down so that he could give her a massage.

Imoteda responded by claiming she did not like to be touched, a fact that allegedly confused the older man.

"So at this point I realize that this was just a long elaborate grooming process," she said, adding she tried to think of a clever excuse.

Imoteda added she was furious at that point, yelling at the man for misleading her. However, he then added he would up the investment money from R1 million to R5m if she spent the night with him.

Things got really weird after the investor told her to get out.
