Thousands of people have taken to social media to take part in the 2008 vs 2018 challenge.

For those of you who don't know about this challenge, where have you been? Well, it's basically a comparison of photos of yourself from the year 2008 and 2018, and showing off how they've changed over the last 10 years.

Whether it was about that body transformation or just maintaining an image, the challenge was a huge eye opener and even caused a few laughs, but most paid particular detail to how the Mzansi's celebs skin colour lightened or started to glow over the last decade.
