Another alleged pastor managed to cause a stir on social media recently. On Tuesday, photos were shared on Twitter which showed worshipers taking off their clothes while the pastor preached.
Social media user @nyaikae took to Twitter to share several photographs of people laying on the floor, with their clothes nearly taken off completely.
According to the tweep, the religious leader instructed the congregation to strip down to their underwear because it allowed the holy spirit to enter them without difficulty.
"Pastor tells worshipers to remove clothes so that holy spirit can penetrate easily," he captioned the post.
Briefly.co.za gathered the social media user failed to give details as to where and when the incident took place and who the religious leader is, nor has any faith-based institution verified the claims.
However, because of other crazy religious practices, social media users believed @nyaikae and they immediately slammed the pastor.
Twitter user @beeza32 wrote: "People are so foolish. This pastor needs to be arrested."
Yvette St. Patrick, who goes by the Twitter handle @YvetteStPatrick, commented: "When will our people learn that this is the highest order of witchcraft!!! SMDH."
One tweep wanted to know how people could be so gullible as to believe these outrageous pastors.
"But why do people believe in this crap," @MrMoalusi asked.
