A post of a counterfeit money operation i Jozi resurfaced on social media on Tuesday and Mzansi still wants a copy of the machine.
On Tuesday, a social media user posted several photos of a counterfeit money operation in Johannesburg, which cops manage to bust last year.
According to the post, cops found Nigerians manufacturing fake money in Joburg. The photos showed they not only made South African notes, but dollar bills as well.
Twitter user @vanPeeblez posted the snaps, captioning it: "Nigerians arrested in one of Jozi's high profile estates for printing Rands, dollars, nairas and pounds. Life is good in SA hey."
South Africans praised the cops' efforts to foil the illegal activity. However, many wanted to know where they can find a machine like the one in the photos.
Twitter user @Mthigo_ commented: "Bathong! Can someone please procure or fabricate this magnificent piece of engineering, for me"
Another tweep, @gevaarlik21, wrote: "Wer can I get this machine I won't tell people trust me"
Prophet Lelethu, who goes by the Twitter handle @prophetLelethu, added: "im offering R500k i want that machine..."
Social media user @uBhayi said: "I like the idea of just printing more money when you need it, but not our currency in our country!?"
