Newly signed Barcelona forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has been given a brand-new car from club sponsor Audi.

The 31-year-old Ghanaian joined the Spanish giants in a shock move from the Italian side US Sassuolo on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.

The five-time European champions announced the arrival of Boateng on an initial loan deal with the option for an €8 million (about R125 million) permanent move in the summer.

The Ghanaian was presented with a brand-new Audi Q8 worth about R907 102, and he appeared reasonably happy as he got the key for the car.

He hoped the car would keep him going for the next six months of his stay in Catalunya and maybe beyond as he vowed to the supporters during his unveiling at the Camp Nou on Tuesday morning.
