Former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi has made headlines with his testimony in the state capture- and not everyone is thrilled about it.
So, a lot of South Africans use every opportunity they get to throw shade at Agrizzi- even when it comes to a completely unrelated incident.
A video was posted on Facebook on Thursday, which showed a tree that was struck by lightning. Briefly.co.za gathered the incident took place in Norwood, Johannesburg.
However, although it was a natural incident, South Africans managed to connect the tree getting struck by lightning to Agrizzi.
Zibusiso Sibanda, wrote: "I hope the owner of the house does not stay close to Agrizzi, I suspect that was meant for Agrizzi."
Thabo Thutlwa commented: "I suspect tree was next in Agrizzi's Testimony."
Luckily, not everyone connected the natural occurrence to politics and many acknowledge the beauty and horror of it. Some pointed out if it was not for the tree, the house would have been damaged.
Lillian Fourie commented: "God is in control He shows us through nature."
Karabo Happiness Rathelele added: "The owner of the house is lucky they didn't hit him or her that lighting was supposed to hit someone for sure modimo o gona."
