Recovering from a car accident is no easy joke, but having the support of family and friends to help you get through the pain is the cherry on top. Earlier today, Sbahle Mpisane posted a sweet shout out to her mom and Tobeka Zuma for always standing by her side.
Sabhle suffered severe injuries in a near fatal car crash on 9 August last year. She went into a coma and was put on life support for a couple of days at St Augustine's Hospital in Durban.
The SA celeb spent three months in hospital before she could go home.
She spoke out about the accident the pain she went though recently. Briefly.co.za reported when Sabhle took to Instagram to thank God for being alive. She spoke about the pain she had to endure but said she was grateful to be alive.
Today she took to Instagram again and thanked her mom and former first lady, Thobeka Madiba Zuma for always standing by her side, even through the second part of her recovery process.
"Thursdays are #SheilasDay and I would just like to lift these two women up for holding me through this second part of my recovery. Today they woke me up with the most spiritual praise & worship from the amazing @thinahzungu . Thank you Mama & @tobeka_madiba_zuma , without you by my side these past few days would’ve been heavy, you have been the light! ❤️❤️❤️ I love you both," she wrote.
The first lady also recorded the beautiful spiritual praise and worship by musician, Thina Zungu, which Sabhle woke up to and posted it to Instagram.
The muso also posted a pic of Sbahle and him and thanked God for helping Sabhle make a full recovery.
