Thembi Seete reveals how she stays fit with her body goals

After promising her fans to share tips on how to stay healthy and fit at the beginning of this year, Thembi Seete has created her very own fitness page on Instagram, that is packed with exercises, special diets and healthy living.

TshishaLive reported that Thembi used to go on binge diet and starve herself before to stay skinner and look like other people. But then she learned that everybody has their own shape and that's when her life changed.

Now she plans on sharing this wisdom on her Instagram page, and dedicated it to her health journey.

She uses three techniques to stay healthy, her waist trainer, shakes and selected cheat days.

Thembi loved to use her waist trainer when she exercises. When she id doing stomach crunches or running the treadmill, the waist trainer stays on for her perfect hour-glass look.

She said: "It's great for back support, helps to firm and shape your waist during weight loss."

Thembi also believed in and takes nutritional shakes to help boost your health. Although she hasn't given any recipes as yet, she promised to share some soon. She said she also uses the shakes as meal replacements.

Another cool tip that Thembi offered was to allow yourself cheat days. She said she loves food but the healthiest food tasted really nasty during her childhood days, so she learned not to punish herself.

Tembi said she decided to have cheat days to balance her diet, but only after she reached her body goals. She believes that once she build enough muscle in her body with a reasonably low fat percentage, it will help her burn fat faster. Therefore having a cheat day won't affect her.

Three months ago, Briefly.co.za reported about Thembi gushing about her baby girl and being a first-time mom.

Thembi Seete gave birth to a baby girl, Dakalo, last year but she had been keeping her experiences as a mother on the downlow. However, she recently appeared on radio to gush about her daughter and to talk about how much her life has changed.

Her fitness page now makes perfect sense for any woman wanting to get her body shape back after having a baby.
