Woman shares a quirky story about ice-cream cake and unconditional love

Love is enduring and persistent in spite of whatever happens. A lady took to social media to share an experience with her husband that proves this.

According to the woman ( @SheedahXII on Twitter) her husband had gifted her an ice-cream cake with " I love you" written on it. Absentmindedly, she had kept it in the fridge like she would do to any normal pastry.

The cake obviously melted, leaving her very upset. However, something struck her about the cake: the "I love you" inscription which had been on the cake still floated on the melted pastry.

In fact, it was still very intact. Her husband saw this and instead of getting angry about the melted cake, he took to telling her that the remaining caption was a sign that, no matter what, he would love her always.
