- Last week, Pastor Nkomfa Mkabile was accompanied by his beautiful wife to the 2019 State of the Nation Address (SONA)
- However, his missus received a ton of backlash over her cleavage-baring blue dress she wore on the red carpet
- So, the gospel star felt it was his duty to defend his wife against the trolls; and, he held nothing back
Pastor Mkabile's wife, Unathi, wore a stunning blue dress to the State of the Nation Address (Sona) in Cape Town last week.
However, while some saw a fashionable woman, others focused on her impressive bosom. Her cleavage-baring dress led to backlash from trolls, who felt she was not dressed appropriately for a pastor's wife.
The backlash prompted a response from the pastor himself, who felt it was his duty to defend his wife, The Sowetan reported.
Briefly.co.za gathered the pastor went on a social media rant, questioning some people's sexuality. He allegedly even called out the men, telling them to stop focusing on his wife's breasts.
"As her husband, I felt the need to defend her from all the naysayers. I was with my wife when she put on that dress and it was not for the first time that she had worn a dress like that," said Mkabile. "If I had a problem with the dress, I would have asked her not to wear it. Who are these people to tell my wife what to wear and not to wear," he told the Sunday World.
