The Congress of the People are determined that they have something special to offer the country come the May elections. The party feels that the economic plan for the revival of the nation is misguided but they could lead the nation into the light.
COPE ( Congress of the People) are convinced they have something unique to offer Mzansi in the fast approaching elections.
According to eNCA, the party had secured more than a million votes in the 2009 elections but had dropped to only 120 000 in the previous one.
However, ahead of it's manifesto launch, the party has revealed it has a game plan to turn the economic situation in SA around.
Despite having experienced a poor turnout last time the party us optimistic for this years election. Mosiuoa Lekota maintains:
“We have a plan, we have a strategy we have a road that we will follow in the future to save the people of our country,”
Briefly.co.za reported earlier that the party claims South Africa has misguided economic plans and feels it can be fixed through their leadership.
