The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has announced the first members of the company's 2019 class to be inducted into the prestigious division of Hall of Fame.
Among the wrestlers to be inducted include the D-Generation X, which was one the cornerstones of WWE's Attitude Era.
According to a Forbes report, both key versions of DX will be given a special recognition as a cumulative group of six, including Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chyna, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and X-Pac.
Chyna's inclusion into the list is expected to be an emotional one, owing to her 2001 tense exit from WWE that saw her never to return.
She went on to venture into the film industry and reality television before dying in 2016.
As for Shawn Michaels, this will be his second induction. Michaels joined as an individual nine years ago.
The D-Generation X was initially formed in 1997 as a trio group that brought together Triple H, Michales and Chyna.
"Shawn and I still wanted to do it. Vince saw the value in it, I guess, and finally let us go at it. By that point in time I was looking for a heater, and we had brought Chyna," Triple H divulged to ESPN.
The group will be inducted at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn, New York on the sidelines of April's Wrestlemania 35.
