Hilarious video shows baby dragging a snake around the house

Mzansi was left shook after a video was posted on social media which showed a young girl dragging around a snake.

The footage showed the little girl walking around with the snake's tail end in her hand. Her older sibling obviously did not share her love for the reptile.

The older girl climbed onto the couch, trying to get away from her lil sister and the slithering serpent.

Social media user Rumani, who goes by the Twitter handle @MrumaDrive, shared the video on Twitter on Wednesday.

Briefly.co.za gathered the video sparked quite the reaction on social media. So, we took a look at some of the comments tweeps made. Some social media users said they don't believe snakes bite young kids.

Tshipfumi, who goes by the Twitter handle‏ @MukomaJnr, commented: "Dangerous animals never hurt kids at all, but ngena wena and start interfering."

Sipho Hlongoane added: "mxm ah it's the family's friend this one, but they did get the attention they wanted at least."

Another tweep, @hope_imf, wrote: "This is scary, how did the snake get into the house? God loved and protects kids."

Mike Soko, who goes by the handle‏ @myckmyna, said: "If snakes don't bite kids, I will diaper myself."
