Horror video shows high school pupil stabbed in broad daylight

On Wednesday, a video was shared on social media which showed a school boy getting stabbed by four men.

Briefly.co.za saw horrific footage which showed a young man attacked and stabbed by four thugs while he was on his way to school.

The video was posted on Facebook by Intelligence Bureau SA on Wednesday and it quickly went viral, reaching over 197k views in just a couple of days.

According to the video's caption, the incident took place in Joburg on the corner of Bok and Twist street.

South Africans were left outraged over the footage and they expressed their disapproval on social media.

Heidi Lotriet commented: "What the hell is wrong with people that you can do that to a child and then NOBODY goes to see if this child is even ok, just run past him!!! I am starting to absolutely hate this country!"
Mel Poobalan wrote: "To all the people around him you'll are cowards.Please don't come out with the story that your safety mattered.Fd up country and people who just accept this."
Simphiwe Mahlangu added: "Johannesburg has long gone to the dogs, it's disgusting. I went through a similar experience in Hillbrow during my varsity days and what hurt was people walking past as if being mugged during the day is normal. I hope this young person gets some sort of counseling."
